Basically, this patch was released immediately after because there is a major bug found with Firefly whenever there were no observers in the game.
Another modification with DotA 6.72e is the reduction of manacost for Harpy Storm's Chain Lightning which used to be 120 to 90 and cooldown from 9 to 6.
